Application Requirements:
The candidate should be a passionate follower of Jesus Christ and have an obvious calling to minister to people. We are looking for someone who has integrity, energy, good organizational skills, the ability to create systems, and a strong desire to see people grow spiritually in relational environments. We want our Connections Pastor to share in our mission to Love God, Love People, and Serve Compassionately.
• Has a growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
• Has an exceptional ability to relate to people of all different backgrounds, ages, and ethnicities.
• Possess excellent skills in leadership, organization, database management systems, team building, and training.
• Has a desire to create engaging and healthy small groups that connect people to each other and move them to spiritual next steps.
• A leader who shares our vision for the church to grow both deeper and wider.
• A recruiter who can attract, equip, and retain a team of Life Group leaders who will effectively minister to the people in their groups.
• A team player, working with the rest of the staff team to accomplish shared goals and vision.
• Has a degree from a Christian College or University (preferred).
• Has a high level of experience working in a church setting.
